This is a lovely variety that soon clumps up to form an attractive display. It produces many small, side-facing apricot-yellow flowers, beautifully set above dusky bronzed leaves. It thrives best in a sheltered position. First discovered as a seedling in the gardens of 'Coleton Fishacre' in Devon, formerly the home of the operatic D'Oyly Carte family.
