Delivery Information

We are only able to deliver to UK addresses (currently excluding Northern Ireland). We charge a standard £8.50 for post and packing regardless of the size of the order, so we kindly suggest that you order a little more than a single item to spread the post and packing cost. Plants are reduced to around 30cm in height which allows us to pack them safely and this also helps the plants to establish better once planted in the garden. We pack into 100% degradable bags and use elastic bands to hold them in place, please try to reuse these whenever you can rather than discard.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail post or courier depending upon the weight of the parcel.

Parcels to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands and Islands need to be restricted to 2kg to maintain this delivery rate so we usually remove excess compost to achieve this. If a parcel exceeds 2kg to these regions, we may need to request extra charges to cover the cost and will contact you in advance of sending, if this is the case.
