This is a cross between two of the species from South Africa and the result is a tall plant with wide pleated leaves and strong stems of flowers that are a delicate dusky orange with a yellow throat and strong burgundy lines down the middle of the lower petals. It's a good form for the back of the border or an open sunny site where it will flower it's heart out!
